Architectural Control Committee

(Also known as The Development Control Committee) This page is intended to provide members of the Brush Creek Landowners Association information on architectural guidelines and approvals:

The Functions of this Committee shall include, but by no means be limited to, the enforcement of all pertinent Pitkin County regulations, rules and laws as same pertain to the Brush Creek Village Subdivision, it’s landowners, tenants, visitors and guests.

Property owners are to discuss proposed projects with members of the Committee prior to the actual design process.  It is the intent to uphold the Protective Covenants, and to protect other owners from any construction which might tend to diminish the general character of the area.  The primary concern of the Committee is that any building fit unobtrusively into the natural surroundings and that the views of surrounding homeowners will be protected to the greatest extent possible. Upon plan submission, the Committee’s approval or disapproval shall be in writing.
